  • Own capabilities from story definition and architecture through implementation, testing and release, including direct product and technical work where useful.
  • Own requirements for the integration suite, particularly the on-prem Recare Gateway, and deliver hospital connectivity across HL7 v2, FHIR and APIs.
  • Lead technical product work for Recare Operator and served as interim Product Manager and deputy Tech Lead for Recare Voice, taking it from zero to its first pilot and DMEA demo.
  • Defined and implemented the AI suite integration architecture, lead a pilot with a major hospital group, and built testing and AI prototypes using realistic FHIR data.
  • Improved FHIR compliance, reliability and pipeline stability for aftercare integrations, and owned delivery for the integration with one of the largest rehabilitation providers.
