Context
German stroke documentation includes the mandatory ADSR quality-assurance questionnaire. The 71-field, 11-section form has to be completed from information already represented across hospital data.
What I owned
Design and build the AI prototype using hospital FHIR data.
Approach
Map the available FHIR information into questionnaire suggestions and keep the evidence visible alongside each proposed value. Add source highlighting and confidence rather than presenting generated values without context.
Outcome
The prototype pre-fills the ADSR questionnaire from FHIR data and won the Healthcare Hackathon 2026.
